As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and expand our affiliate program across Africa.

Job Overview:

As the Affiliate Marketing Manager at HOSTAFRICA, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our affiliate marketing initiatives across all regions in Africa. You will identify, onboard, and nurture affiliate partnerships, ensuring these relationships contribute significantly to our business goals. This is a critical role that requires a self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aimed at driving growth in all regions throughout Africa.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for HOSTAFRICA’s affiliate program.
  • Affiliate Recruitment and Management:
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand the program.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Provide affiliates with the resources, tools, and support needed to succeed.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization:
    • Monitor affiliate performance metrics, ensuring campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on affiliate performance, growth, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
    • Coordinate promotional campaigns and ensure affiliates are informed of new products, features, or special offers.
  • Compliance and Brand Alignment:
    • Ensure all affiliate activities comply with HOSTAFRICA’s guidelines and reflect the company’s brand values.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnership management, preferably in a technology or SaaS-related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem in Africa, including market nuances across regions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking software and platforms.
  • Passion for technology and an understanding of the web hosting industry is a plus.
