Do you provide custom hardware configurations?
We're more than happy to accommodate our clients' needs. If our current server offering does not suit your needs, let us know! We have a large network of suppliers and stock on hand to meet many of these requests.
Do you have technicians on-site at the data centre?

If I struggle with my setup, will you help?
Our servers are provided as self-managed initially, however, you can add on an admin plan which will give you direct access to some of the most experienced system administrators in the hosting industry.
Do you have protection against network failure?
Our cabinets and switches are all dual connected to edge routers. These routers in turn have fibre connections over multiple uplink providers. We also stock backup hardware. In the event of a DDOS attack, our upstream providers will route traffic through our cloud-based data scrubbing service to ensure continued reliability. This service switch-over is seamless and performed within seconds.
